Meet the Team

  • Keri Graven

    Executive Director

Keri is a devoted wife and mother of three amazing boys. Her youngest son's diagnosis of autism at age five ignited a passion in her for supporting the I/dd (intellectual disabilities and delays) community. Drawing on her own experiences navigating the complexities of the system, Keri is a strong advocate for promoting opportunities, educating parents on their rights, and helping families access essential resources.

“No matter the age, everyone should have an advocate, especially our special needs children and adults,' Keri shares. As a mother, I know how overwhelming it can be to meet the diverse needs of my children. It's even more frightening when a child requires more attention and you don't know where to turn. At The Arc of Wilson County, we provide resources for both children and adults through social programs, inclusive activities, and advocacy. I'm so proud to be part of this community that accepts and celebrates differences.”

Keri's hope is that through dedicated effort, kids and adults will be fully included and supported in their communities, regardless of their diagnosis.
